The data controller for personal data collected through annibsweet.es is Adam Martin, as the person who maintains this non-profit fan website.

This site is not official, and does not represent Anni B Sweet, her label, or her team.

What data we process

If you browse the site and reject analytics cookies, we do not load audience measurement tools (Matomo or Cloudflare Web Analytics).

If you accept the analytics category, we use Matomo (web analytics hosted at analysis.adammartin.es) to understand in aggregate which pages are visited, which links people arrive from, and approximate device or browser information. Matomo is configured without tracking cookies in your browser.

With your analytics consent, we also load Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) to measure page performance and traffic in aggregate. According to Cloudflare, this beacon does not use cookies or local storage on your device; ephemeral performance data may still be processed during the visit.

When analytics is accepted, technical data may still be processed, such as IP address (usually truncated or aggregated), visited URL, browser language, and screen resolution.

The initial “fan site” notice is stored only in the browser session (sessionStorage, key fanDisclaimerAck) so it is not shown on every page during the same visit.

Your cookie choice is stored in the cc_cookie first-party cookie (~6 months), managed by vanilla-cookieconsent. It includes the date and time of consent, accepted categories, and an anonymous consent identifier. If you delete it, the notice will appear again.

Cookies and local storage

cc_cookie — Technical (consent). Purpose: remember your cookie preferences and demonstrate consent given. Duration: ~6 months. Provider: annibsweet.es (first party).

fanDisclaimerAck (sessionStorage) — Technical. Purpose: avoid repeating the fan-site notice during the same visit. Duration: session. Provider: annibsweet.es (first party).

analyticsConsent (legacy) — Technical. Purpose: migration from the previous notice; removed when migrating to cc_cookie. Duration: up to 12 months if still present. Provider: annibsweet.es (first party).

Matomo — Analytics (consent only). Purpose: aggregate site usage statistics. Duration: no tracking cookies in the browser. Provider: analysis.adammartin.es.

Cloudflare Web Analytics — Analytics (consent only, third party). Purpose: aggregate performance and traffic metrics. Duration: according to Cloudflare, no cookies or persistent storage. Provider: Cloudflare, Inc.

You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookies” button in the footer, the floating widget, or the preferences panel in the banner.

Purpose and legal basis

Technical cookies are necessary for the site to work and to remember your consent; the legal basis is legitimate interest in providing a functional web service and complying with cookie rules.

Analytics (Matomo and Cloudflare Web Analytics) aims to measure site usage and improve content, structure, and performance. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the site’s cookie panel.

Retention and recipients

Analytics data is kept on the Matomo server for the period configured there (short periods, aimed at aggregate statistics).

Cloudflare Web Analytics processes aggregate metrics under its own privacy policy and terms of service.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Analytics providers are the Matomo instance (analysis.adammartin.es) and Cloudflare, Inc.

Your rights

You may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to info [at] annibsweet [dot] es .

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have not been respected.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page when data processing or applicable law changes. The date of the last review is shown at the top of the page. If a change affects consent, we will ask for your choice again.
